Positive Neuroplasticity: Research has shown Integral Hypnotherapy® creates positive neuroplasticity.

What is neuroplasticity?
It is the ability of the brain to form and rewire connections and pathways between neurons. To you and me, this means the brain’s ability to change and adapt itself throughout life in response to learning, environment changes, and experiences. Learn more about positive neuroplasticity here.
How does this apply to hypnotherapy?
As a new (or ongoing) learning experience, hypnotherapy, along with other positive modalities, can help you make positive changes in your brain by forming new and strengthening existing neural connections. This may help build positive traits like resilience, peace of mind, and optimism. Hypnotherapy can assist you through positive thought patterns, affirmations and visualizations to reduce negative inner critical thinking.
What is Integral Hypnotherapy®?
Integral Hypnotherapy® is the scientifically validated methodology that I was taught at the Hypnotherapy Academy of America®. This method was utilized by a major NIH-funded study, which found it to be as effective as, and in many cases superior to, medication for the treatment of certain health challenges.
